心理所研究發現精神分裂癥患者的神經軟體征與皮質-皮質下-小腦的腦結構網絡異常有關
精神分裂癥是一種復雜的精神疾病,該疾病會導致大范圍的神經認知、情感和神經發育異常。神經軟體征(NSS)被認為是最具前景的精神分裂癥內表型之一。 中國科學院心理健康重點實驗室的陳楚僑研究員帶領神經心理學與應用認知神經科學(NACN)團隊提供了大量關于NSS對精神分裂癥的敏感性、可靠性和特異性的證據。然而,目前還不清楚NSS與精神分裂癥腦網絡異常之間的關系。
在最近的一項研究中,陳楚僑和研究團隊的孔麗博士后以及國際合作伙伴使用圖論方法,對101名首發精神分裂癥患者的潛在大腦結構網絡進行了深入研究。
研究者進行了基于灰質形態計量學的結構網絡分析以及與NSS相關聯的分析,將患者分為高水平和低水平的NSS組,并檢查了他們的局部以及全局腦網絡特征。
研究表明,兩組患者在全局腦網絡特征上沒有顯著差異。隨后的局部網絡特征分析發現NSS與眶下額葉皮層、顳中皮層、海馬體、眶上皮層、杏仁核、小腦的介數中心度相關。全局腦網絡分析結果進一步表明,NSS與包括額上內側皮質、顳上、中皮層、中央后皮質、杏仁核和小腦在內的中樞節點分布有關。這些區域與被認為是精神分裂癥患者臨床和行為表現原因的皮質-皮質下-小腦回路異常相一致。
陳楚僑的團隊及其合作者正在結合NSS的行為測量和神經影像測量進一步考查精神分裂癥NDD在腦結構和功能上的異常表現,以期更好地理解精神分裂癥的發病機制。
